q.Do I need to confirm my attendance?

Yes. If you received the invitation, it doesn't mean that you have confirmed your attendance to the event. Please confirm your attendance by completing your Registration before September 21, 2022.
q.Can I stay at another hotel and attend the event?

Fortinet has negotiated a special rate for their partners at the hotel. It is mandatory that all event attendees stay at the all-inclusive HOTEL PARADISUS CANCÚN.
q.What is the rate at the HOTEL PARADISUS CANCÚN?

Fortinet has negotiated a special All-Inclusive rate at the HOTEL PARADISUS CANCÚN for the XPERTS attendees:
$305.50 USD per person per night – Single room (1 adult)
$391.50 USD per 2 people per night – Double room (2 adults)
q.Will Fortinet pay for hotel and/or meal expenses?

Members have to pay their hotel expenses. If staying at the PARADISUS CANCUN HOTEL, meals are included in the hotel rate.
q.What language will be used at the event?

Keynote sessions will be delivered in Spanish and English..
The hands-on training sessions will all be available in English and Spanish.
q.My laptop has less memory / processor / disk than requested, can I bring it anyway?
a.
The FORTINET XPERTS SUMMIT 2022 this year will heavily use Virtual Machines. If you bring less hardware than requested, you risk not having enough resources to do the labs, or falling behind due to slowness on your laptop.
It is strongly recommended to bring as much disk, memory and processor as you can on your laptop.
q.Are there any travel restrictions or immigration requirements to enter Cancun, Mexico?

Visitors from Argentina, Canada, Chile, Colombia, or US don’t need a visa. All international tourists require a passport and an immigration form; this is known as a Tourist Card.
